From a 'business' perspective, it would be insightful to hear your thoughts on lessons learnt, or things that you would do differently if building the business again. No need for 73 of them! Maybe just your top 7?

Hi Tricia just watched your cup of tea video and loved it. We have very much in common except two major differences I am an early bird and the feeling you get at night I get at 6am. I call that my gratefulness hour I sit in the peace and look at my garden. The other difference is I’m hopeless at tech. I could willingly throw my computer out of the window. The one thing I want to share which I think you will appreciate is my grandson is playing Aidan Turners son in the yet to be released series of Jilly Coopers Rivals. Shame he can’t bring his new friends home. You are very inspirational keep it going. Every good luck with the factory

Hi Tricia, I always look forward to reading your blog posts on a Sunday morning before I get up. Always very thought provoking and just for fun I revisited your questions and answered them, if appropriate for me. You are an absolute inspiration and congratulations on your 10th business birthday. I've always said if you really want something and are determined you should do it or regret trying.
On another note you have inspired me to buy an exercise bike like a lot of other Super Troopers (you should be receiving commission from Argos!). Following an accident sustained to my foot I have not been able to do my usual walking/trekking and so this is the start of my exercise routine to get back into fitness.

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to your answers and wish I could do my makeup like you. I have bought some of your products and very much like them though I cannot get the hang of the eye liner, unfortunately!

I really enjoyed listening to your video and love LFF, I am 70 and have back problems I do have times when I think at my age I can’t do lots of things, but listening to your advice I will definitely make a conscious decision to rethink how I look at my life.

Really enjoyed this video. Trish comes across as how she describes herself ie enthusiastic and positive. Particularly love her final remarks about age should never be a barrier to our aims and ambitions.

I have so much in common with you, other than I dislike the winter and I couldn’t live without music in my life. I have an Alexa in every room.

I too love the Face Prime. I have worn makeup since I was 16 and I am now 76.

I love your choice of clothes and your colour palette. I was thrilled to see you wearing a lovely top recently which I also have. I bought mine in an upmarket charity shop for £12 !

Very much enjoyed this video Tricia. You are a remarkable woman who has overcome difficulties and triumphed. I read something recently which impressed me. The owner of a vineyard who had expanded it at considerable risk said that 'we live our lives on the side of yes'. I thought that sounded like a splendid attitude to have and I wish I could say that I've applied it to my own life. With a very cautious husband that has not always been possible but now I'm ill we are taking every opportunity that we can and hope to take a cruise again soon now we've found where we can get insurance for me. Onwards and upwards!

What different people we are which proves how vital it is for me to have a range of friends and contacts with similar core values ! Today as I clear up my precious bolt hole in Prague , the 73 questions and your answers resonate perfectly! Very much enjoyed the different blog this week but struggled with the sound on occasions, particularly the first one or two words of the answers. Found it distracting to have to read the questions at the same time as you were already answering them.

Would have been good to have a note of the suppliers you mentioned - some of them were unknown to me and I can’t even look at them online as I missed exactly what they were called.

Thoroughly enjoyed listening to the answers you gave Trisha. In fact when you were describing your morning and evening routine it sounded exactly like mine. It’s funny how a lot of people love the best the season they were born in. I was born in October and find muted Autumn colours suit me best. I also prefer the cool days and as l get older find the hot sun very debilitating. I’m coming up to 82 so must expect to accept my tolerance of heat is not what it used to be.
Congratulations on the success of LFF and l hope you have many more years of success ahead of you.

Great video and loved hearing all of your answers, many of which I could relate to. I am warm toned and have to say I do prefer warm weather to cold, which is the opposite of my husband! I love music and always have the radio on at home, although I do like the Today programme on Radio 4 and Desert Island Discs! Interesting people to dine with, I would choose Bob Geldorf, Boris Johnson and my parents who are no longer here. I have so many questions I would ask them. Love your final thoughts too.
